Local Business Analysis Professional Development Day hits the Mark!

The first Calgary IIBA® Chapter Business Analysis Professional Development Day was a resounding success! All seats were sold out! A big thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Speakers, workshop facilitators and instructors provided enjoyable and educational hands-on interactive sessions. The feedback is excellent and from all accounts this is the first of future IIBA events where business analysts can come together to learn ‘how to’ apply new concepts and skills in a safe and fun environment.

The Calgary IIBA® Chapter partners with local Sponsors, Endorsed Education Providers and affiliated Corporations to bring awareness about and appreciation of the business analysis discipline while offering valuable services to business analysis practitioners and the local corporations they serve.

Calgary IIBA® Chapter Board Members and volunteers have begun to brainstorm co-hosting future events. The association will continue to offer discounts to Chapter Members while increasing the value proposition in new ways to the local community.

We are taking proposals for future workshops, noon hour presentations and lunch-and-learns, monthly after-work talks, roundtables, panel discussions and special dinner events. We welcome all ideas from members, participants and partners that help to raise the profile, capability and value of the business analysis community.
