Tom Facklam will present on the topic of "How to survive a near-death experience: a case study in a project rescue".

The rescue of a project that has the potential to fatally harm a company requires a unique set of methodologies and tools. In this presentation, Tom will walk us through his case study of his first hand experience at a biotech company that experienced an unexpected event that threatened a $60M clinical trial in breast cancer as well as the survival of the company.
