Special Events - Facilities CoordinatorThe Special Events Team requires a Facilities Coordinator. You can be as involved as you want to be and you can help shape this role. In this role, you will: - Work with the VP Special Events to coordinate the execution of 2011 - 2012 IIBA Chapter Events.
- Ensure facilities are available and booked for the IIBA's varied event schedule.
- Ensure catering is booked and arranged when applicable.
- Ensure coordination with the Facilities Manager.
- Coordinate set-up / takedown activities when applicable.
- Escalate any issues to the VP Special Events.
