Special Projects

As a member of the Finance and Administration Team, the Special Projects volunteer, will:

  • Develop and validate solutions to enhance Chapter operations.
  • Use BA and PM methodologies to deliver a complete project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Project Champion to overcome obstacles and deliver.
  • Leverage the effective use of Chapter resources in project completion.
